Free baby stuff - Through the generosity of some great friends we've gotten a few baby items recently - a crib with bedding stuff from Angela and two onesies from a co-worker of Owen's.
Lost - Yay, Lost is back on TV and it gives me something to look forward to on Wednesdays beside spin afternoon and knit night!
El Palenque Mexican Restaurant - A block from Abundant Yarn & Dyeworks. We were originally going to Lili cafe, but they were closed. This was a good second choice. The chips and salsa were delicious, but I would go back for their guacamole!
Meeting new knitter friends - I gave a short spinning demo to a group of engineers at my husband's work and a knitter happened to walk by and started up a conversation with me. Way cool!
Pre-cooked food from Trader Joes - The steamed lentils and frozen brown rice were a fast way to create Giada's Lentil Loaf. Of course I have made some modifications to the recipe so it's not quite the same as hers anymore.
